Why so few updates to CCleaner Android App?

Hello, I have used CCleaner for my computers for years and I am surprised at the amount of upgrades done just about weekly.  I probably updated CCleaner over 100 times.  However the CCleaner Android app is very limited.  Is it due to the technology being different that you have to hire out the work thus limiting the upgrades?  I wish the Android app had an option to select which apps to clean one by one.  For example, I do not want my TuneIn app cache cleared when using the CCleaner Android app.  I also wish the CCleaner app could remove image and sites visited Cache from the Chrome App if that is possible.  Thanks.

It, likely, is more a case of how android (and Android apps) work than a case of developer not knowing how. AFAIK the developers don't farm/hire out the development. With windows the is a relatively open disc drive, that allows (if user granted permission) any file to be removed; Android, however, is more analogous to the single java line in ccleaner for windows, where you can't really tell one java app's cache from another. Unlike the windows version, ccAndroid can only reach certain files not kept in the cache of an app.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
