What problem, looks like you're just throwing, relatively untrue and unfounded accusations at ccleaner. Perhaps if you stopped and took time to explain your situation carefully and calmly, though I bet (with a 75% probability factor) that the advice I've given since well before windows 10 (and is found in my signature) explains the reason for, and how not to encounter your issue -whether you keep using ccleaner or attempt a competition registry cleaner the advice in my signature remains the same for you.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

I seem to recall other threads where issues with Windows 10 and registry cleaning not being advisable.

mainly due to the new and every changing nature of Windows 10.

so as to the OP's statement, don't use reg cleaning with Windows 10 - I wholeheartedly agree.

there simply is little to be gained and much to lose.

Backup now & backup often.
It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.
Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.

"CCleaner registry" when we press fix windows 10 windows 10 of a difference will be a little crazy because "windows 10" newly created in 2015 or 2014

so when we have to download a software "windows 10" will be a little crazy and CCleaner can be used only cleaner and defragment.

But when I use "CCleaner registry" my computer start to go crazy

okay wince wince crazy

With Windows 10 I won't clean the registry with CCleaner or anything else with a registry cleaner, still too risky. Perhaps let Win10 age more, and more importantly the cleaning software mature more and get updates to have better exclusions so things aren't so very easily broken.

 I guess I'm the only one who has seen neither more nor less "registry issues" across XP-Vista-7-8-8.1-10

Oh well ;)
