CCleaner Cleans Then Locates Same Registry Files

I had an issue updating CCleaner Pro to the latest version today. I kept getting a pop up indicating an "invalid handle". I eventually had to uninstall, then reinstall CCleaner and apply my key. It seems to be functioning correctly now. After tweaking it to my preferences and scanning my registry I was reminded to contact you about an issue I am having.

When cleaning my registry a collection of registry files prefixed with an "I" appear. The 'Problem' it indicates is a "Missing TypeLib Reference". Quite a bit of registry items, 46 to be exact. I removed/Fixed them. Then after a rescan, they all reappear. To name a few for example: What is "IGetItemPropertiesCallback"? What is "IFile Sync Client7"? What is "ISyncEngineEvents"?
Oddly, take note that this only occurs when signed in on my Admin account. When logged in to other accounts CCleaner does not locate these items. Can you confirm what is going on with this activity? Could it be a security issue? This seems extremely strange to me. Another frequent repeater is a Missing TypeLib Reference for Microsoft "OneNote" and/or an invalid icon for the same.

Likely these entries are from your antivirus. You really shouldn't remove everything suggest by ccleaner registry section. Only remove what you know you don't need.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
