To find out what isn't cleaned double-click on the Avast Utilities text in the summary screen and it will detail what was left behind.

As to why it isn't cleaned the reason is that Avast and any antivirus worth any good have self-protection to prevent deletion of files or manipulation.

Hi, the expanded file shows a cache in avast.

Should it be deleted. Normally I use ccleaner for getting rid of temporary files, which it does to the most satisfaction and using this tool for years . The expanded file is here

C:\Users\intel\AppData\Roaming\AVAST Software\Avast\Cache\ChromeDWriteFontCache    28,138 KB

This file is shown as a file that could not be deleted. Should i delete this or could leave it . How to get replies in my email. or should i have to come here for any reply

I figured your second posted question was already answered in the second paragraph of my first post:

There is a thread here

I am a bit unsure about why in your case it is in the Intel folder.

Perhaps Avast is protecting it or the file is in use.

May be an idea to ask on the Avast forum about this  file location and see if you can find out if it's an expected one.
