Moderators mta Posted March 11, 2019 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2019 g'day Anne and welcome to the forum. so where are you up to? have you downloaded and installed CCleaner? where did you get it from? what version of Windows do you have? if you have downloaded and installed it, go to Start and you should see it in the list of programs. click CCleaner to start it and once it starts, you simply click Run Cleaner in the bottom right corner and let it do its thing with the default settings. Backup now & backup often. It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
