ok. CCleaner on my home pc crashes while the cleaner is running. i can still use all the other features with no problem. i have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it with no virus program running. my pc is running XP SP2 with a 6300 intel. it worked just fine before the last update. i tried going back to the version that worked but now it no longer works too. any one got any ideas.

I know some people had problems due to some files in their Temp folder, so "perhaps" manually deleting the files in your Temp folder "may" work.

To do this:

1. Click Start, Run, and type in %temp%
   then click OK.
2. Manually delete the files listed in the Temp folder.
   Note: Locked/in-use files can't be deleted.
