Can Recuva installing and create execute program into 256MB and use it portably without install into other PC?

By the way, will there be a risk to uncover past deleted virus file once it open Recuva and click scan without clicking the 'Recover' button?

Yes, you can use recuva portably, I believe you can just copy C:\Program Files\Recuva\recuva.exe and use it.

Theres NO risk starting a virus by just scanning for deleted items, only if you recover and execute a virus would that possibly be a problem.
