Hi,
My configuration:
Host system: Win XP, VirtualBox Guest system: Win 7, running F: as shared Drive (net use F: \\vboxsvr\F:)

Ccleaner is installed at F:\app\ccleaner.exe (F: = shared drive)

At shared Drive I can move-, copy-, delete-, create- and execute- files. It is handled as a normal drive.
Except Ccleaner.
Cleaner.exe doesn’t run by double-click.
Error message: f:\app\ccleaner.exe. The path does not exist. Check Path and try again.

However, I can run it entering at command line: \\vboxsvr\F:\app\ccleaner.exe
But then ccleaner doesn’t offer the shared Drive in the menu.
This problem came with win 7, running XP as Guest system there is no problem. I never tried Vista.

Again, a lot of applications (i.e. Total Commander, Foxit Reader...) run perfect this way.
Few applications (not only Ccleaner) don’t run on Network/ shared drives.

Any help possible?
