Full Version: Get Windows 7’s Advanced “Windows Update” in Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Server 2003 and 2008

I though the Microsoft Updates website was running blazing fast lately, but I don't know if it's a combination of them updating Windows Updates or me just having installed IE8. In any event it's much faster without taking as long as before.

Are you guys talking about the update to Windows Update that I gave in the link, or the Windows Update website?

Andavari, i don't know about you but the Windows Update Site has always been somewhat slow for me even on my System.

Note: i'm only meaning for Xp dry.gif

That was my issue running XP Pro, but like I stated above it's now fast. It's about time too, I had always thought they had some server overload or something.
