I smashed my pagefile in 17 pieces and now Sysinternals PageDefrag wont detect it. What do I do? Defraggler says it's smashed and I believe it. I seem to recall that there is one other reliable freeware pagefile defrag program but I can't remember the name. Help and suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Case solved! I ran Sysinternale PageDefrag anyway and it did the job. Isn't it strange that it can't list more that this? Never seen that before...

You're welcome. I'm still surprised, though. Sysinternals PageDefrag always used to display a list of many file types. There is no reasonable explanation as to why it would only list 4 this time...
