Hi,

I appreciate CCleaner a lot and use it on many different PCs (friends etc.). smile.gif

I understand that CCleaner doesn't work in normal user accounts, as it attempts to delete system files. However, when I start CCleaner from an administrator account, it only looks up in the administrator's folders and doesn't find the temp files etc. of the other users.

Thus, is it possible to make CCleaner tidy up the whole PC for ALL users?

Hi cleanex, and welcome to Piriform.

The answer to your question is here:

QUOTE
2. You cannot clean other user accounts on your computer.

CCleaner currently only cleans the current user account. If you want to clean other user accounts, you must log into those accounts and then run CCleaner.
