I have 38% fragmented. Ran the defraggler for 18 hours without completion - defraggler appears hung up. Disk light on computer is flashing, indicating activity, but defraggler activity box shows no indication - wheel is not turning, no activity in the colored boxes. In this state if I hit any button on defraggler all the activity information goes blank.
I have tried defrag numerous times with same results and like some others, each time I run defrag I wind up with higher percentage of fragmentation.

I have a similar problem .. is there a max disk size defraggler can handle? I looked for this info but could not find any. I am having this problem on a 1 TB drive.

Try Windows Live OneCare safety scanner. It can defrag and has a few more fine talents. Malware removal and cleaning among them.

Also: this could be the antivirus program following Defraggler. That will slow the process down a lot. Try to disable it when defragging.
