Roarschach and Hazel helped. I did what roarshach said with the combo fix and now my google works and my defrag starts.

I'm not certain if I'm supposed to run something else now or whether I can run CClean again, but youse guys are okay.

I did, however, get a trojan in one of the downloads. I suspect it was the Combo-fix, since my security suite just recognized it today. I don't know for sure.

if the detection was C:\qoobox then yes thats from ComboFix and is harmless
