I've been getting errors saying an error has occured with DrWatson Postmortem Debugger Virus. Apparently, there's a virus that uses this program as a mask for it's own actions. I've found a guide that's walking me through the steps to fixing it, but I've hit a bit of a snag.

It says to post my HiJackThis! log for further help, as I'll have to use a program called KillBox to delete the infected files.
