I installed Recuva on my two systems. It works as advertised on my XP system, but not on my Vista system. I assume this is because I am running the 64-bit version of Vista. I noticed that you did not specifically call out the 64-bit Vista system as supported on the Download page. So my suggestion is to consider adding 64-bit support.

I install Recuva version 1.22.384 on my Windows XP 64-bit SP2 without any problem. Sorry, I don't have any Vista 64-bit yet, so I cannot test it.
Recuva has full support for 64 bit OSs. Can you add a debug log and we'll look into this.
