I have been having trouble veiwing anything flash related for the past year or so and last month I decied to try to fix that so my mom gave me admin rights on the computer (I'm the only one who uses it now) and I tried to install flash. Well I got an error message and my mom told me to uninstall flash so I did and tried again but got the same error message. Then I tried using the uninstaller and the restarting then installing but it still didn't work. I was wondering if anyone here knows what is going on because I've already tried everything I know of. Thank you

Hi Savannah,
Welcome to the forums. biggrin.gif We are glad to have a young new member, especially one that has been appointed to Administrator. That is quite a responsibility.
First, try these and then come back with some information that we may need.
Some programs like SpywareBlaster and IE7Pro have options that will allow the user to "Kill Flash".
Make sure that these options are not set in those programs or programs like them.

Make sure that when you go to Adobe to install the Flash 10 that you are using IE only. Make sure that any other browsers are closed. Different browsers and versions can have bugs sometimes and cause problems.

What PC name and model are you using ?

What is the "Exact" message that you are getting ?

Where and when are you getting this message ?

Come back and let us know what happens.
Best wishes,

P.S. What OS and version are you using ?
