Heard good things about this program and thought I would try it.
Downloaded to my laptop (XPH SP2 1GB memory,97GB disk space free).
The program starts and when it gets to 100% analyze, it falls over with the 'I have encountered an error message.
Whilst I have sent the details to MS, I cannot copy and paste them here for assistance.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I might accomplish this so I can submit the fault and be able to use the program.?

Best I can do from event viewer is
Faulting application defraggler.exe, version 1.2.0.78, faulting module defraggler.exe, version 1.2.0.78, fault address 0x00052f04.
