im trying to install CCleaner.. i cant install my other antivirus software either.. ive tried some malware removers but no luck. any ideas? thanks

How many anti-virus's are you using? You only need one else they will confict.

You have some problems with you computer and you came here hoping CCleaner will help.
It will after you get rid of the malware you have on your computer.You may be able to do it yourself like Guy1 did.
