Recuva does not restore pictures like *.bmp *.gif *jpg.

OK.
I get the file but it is not usable.
You cannot open it with programs like ACDsee or Windows picture viewer.

I had the same experience with "Restoration".

It does Six. There was a bug in the older versions, which version are you using? The older version would restore the file but it had zero bytes.

If you open the Info tab for the file, does it say that the file has been overwritten?

It does not work always.

It works, it is a fresh deleted picture.

It is an older one. No preview available but status excellent.
If I restore it I can open it with ACDSee but I have a blank page.
