A few weeks ago i was receiving a pop-up for Trojan.vundo from norton so I ran a scan and it could not delete it but it stopped the pop-ups - so i ignored the issue.

A few days ago, my computer started running VERY slow and so did my internet. The internet on the other computers in the house are still running fine and every time windows loads i get an error message: "windows cannot load C:\windows\system32\jkkjk.exe"

I ran HJT and found the registry for jkkjk.exe and 'fixed the problem' but everything is still slow. This is my HJT log file, any help would be appreciated.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.
• Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
