when i clean my files it says Firefox cache skipped. i close the windows and it still says skipped. HELP

If you're saying you closed FF, check the task manager/process tab and make sure FF isn't still open.

Right-click on the PC's clock at the bottom right of your screen and select Task Manager. Click the Process tab and look for FF listed there as firefox.exe. If it's listed, right click on it and select End Process. If it's not listed, let us know.
