CCleaner and Vista Recycle bin

In CCleaner 1.38, the recycle bin would only get cleaned and not overwritted 3 times as I specified in the options. The 1.39 version which I
downloaded was supposed to have a bug fix for this. However, CCleaner is still not overwriting the recycle bin contents. Anyone else see this problem?

yeah, same here..as well as some other issues(I'm on Vista Ultimate)
Seems like the last build aint that great:(
