Issue scanning does not seem to work

I run CC cleaner and about 50 issues pop up, and then I fix "selected issues" and they vanish. But as soon as I run it again, almost immediately, the exact same issues pop back up. Is right? I remember in the past the issues vanishing for good, but of course they would accumulate over several days, and I'd do it again, and they vanish for good. This does not seem right.
