I ran the CCleaner and cleaned the startup menu programs out and now I can't sign in to internet. It gives me a error code 692 missing hardware or modem. I am on dial up and use Netscape internet. Can anybody tell me how I can get the programs I need to be running when I start the computer back in the startup programs list. I tried reinstalling my modem and also the software for the netscape but no change. Thanks, John

The startup programs section in CCleaner is not something that is there to be cleaned.
