Welcome to the forum. :)
We reply when we can usually its the same day but if were busy you may have to wait a day or two. Posting in the topic isn't a good idea because it shows that there are replys and one of the helpers could think that the topic is already being covered by someone else.

Download this file - combofix.exe and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When it's finished, it will produce a log of what it found. Please post the contents of that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running as it may cause it to stall

Run Kaspersky WebScanner
  • Please go HERE and click Kaspersky Online Scanner
  • Read and Accept the Agreement
  • You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • If you see a Windows dialog asking if you want to install this software, click the Install button.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files,
  • When the "Update progress" line changes to "Ready" and the "NEXT ->" button becomes available, please click on it.
  • Click on the Scan Settings button, and in the next window select the Extended database, and click Ok.
  • Under "Please select a target to scan:", click My Computer to start the scan.
  • When the scan is finished, click the "Save as Text" button, and save the file as kavscan.txt to your Desktop, close the Kaspersky On-line Scanner window.
  • Paste kaspersky log onto forum.
Post a combofix log and a kaspersky log.

Hi,
I downloaded and scanned with combofix.exe but I could not Kaspersky Web Scanner. It kept me in a loop going back to the main page. In the meantime, I cannot seem to upload any of my websites using FTP. I keep getting errors: FTP error occurred_cannot make connection to host. Is this due to all of these programs I have installed on my computer? I noticed a prompt came up about Windows Firewall blocking a program. I use Dreamweaver and I think it is blocking this program.

Please advise me quickly on this. I am a web designer and I have important schedule changes and updates that have to be uploaded for a soccer tournament that is going on this coming weekend.

Thank you,

LG
Here is the log I copied from combofix:

Welcome to the forum. :)
We reply when we can usually its the same day but if were busy you may have to wait a day or two. Posting in the topic isn't a good idea because it shows that there are replys and one of the helpers could think that the topic is already being covered by someone else.
