Won't work

Recuva doesn't work for me. I have only one selection, Hard disk C and when I click scan, it flashes by for a second and then nothing. Can anybody help? Please.

I have exactly the same problem, so add me to the number of dissatisfied users.

Same problem, works fine on my other drive and finds ~200 files.

On C: drive when i press scan, the progress bar flashes on and off and there are no files displayed. :blink:
There must be some files as this is my main drive and so files are regularly deleted.

There are no error logs generated in the Recuva folder.

Post the error logs first then, try running a check disk scan of your c: drive

Start, Run, type chkdsk C: /F

Note: This will require a restart to run the check.

Take note of any disk errors that are reported and post them here for MrRon as well.
