The copy of HJT that you are using is still in it's beta stage. Will you delete it and do the following:

Download a copy of HJTsetup.exe from one of these locations and save it to your Desktop:
  • Double click HJTsetup.exe to begin installation.
  • By default it will install to C:\Program Files\HijackThis.
  • Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Addition Tasks dialogue.
  • Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again.
  • Continue to follow the prompts from there.
  • At the final dialogue box uncheck the box to the left of "Launch Hijackthis" and then click Finish
Download haxfix.exe by Marckie from here and save it to your Desktop.
  • Doubleclick the file to begin the installation (which by default will be to the C:\Program Files\Haxfix folder).
  • When the option appears, place a checkmark next to "Create a desktop icon".
  • Once the tool has finished installing, ensure that the "Launch Haxfix" option is checked and click Finish.

  • When the red Command Window appears, click "any key" to continue, and then select option 1 -"Make logfile".
  • Once the scan has completed, a Notepad file entitled haxlog.txt will open - a copy of this will be saved to C:\haxlog.txt
  • You can now exit Haxfix.
Let me have a copy of the Haxfix log and we'll take it from there.

Also, run HJT and click on Open the Misc Tools section.
  • Click Open Uninstall Manager...
  • Click Save list... and save it to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste the file uninstall_list.txt into your next reply.
Finally, throw in a fresh HJT log.

Your log doesn't appear to show a software firewall installed - if you have one, and i've missed it, please ignore this.
If you are relying the firewall that comes with Service Pack 2, then you need to install one. While the SP2 firewall is better than nothing, it doesn't monitor outgoing traffic, so anything malicious on your computer can 'phone home' at will.

There are a few free firewalls available.
Zone Alarm: Available here.
Kerio: Available here.
Outpost: Available here.

It is important to note that you should only have one firewall installed at a time, but you can download both to your Desktop and install each in turn to see which one you prefer.

Understanding and Using Firewalls: http://www.bleepingc...tutorial60.html

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Download VundoFix.exe by Atribune from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Close all open programs and windows as this may require a reboot.
  • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
  • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
  • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
  • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
  • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
  • When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
  • Turn your computer back on.
  • Post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HijackThis log.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove - in this case, VundoFix will run on reboot - simply repeat the above instructions.
