USB Drive Causing Crash

Firstly can I just say that it's quite annoying to have to subscribe to a forum in order to submit a bug.

Secondly - I also want to say what a brilliant application this is!

Thirdly - My bug report. Whenever I scan my USB Hard Drive (Western Digital MyBook 500GB) Recuva always crashes at the end. Here is the information from Windows Vista Problems and Solutions Centre:

Just noticed a new version of Recuva... so scanned the USB Drive again. No crash this time however I get the message "Failed to reserve memory" in the status bar at the bottom of the application.

See if recuva has created an error log : Error Logging

Then post that here for MrRon as well.

It's annoying to have to subsribe ?? Get real pal. You are running Freeware !!! One of the reasons for having to subscribe is because Anonymous postings can be anything !!! Have you ever been in a Forum and seen porno posted ??
