eliminating desktop arrows on shortcuts

I've done this tweak on my desktop, but I can't remember what I did. Anyone know how to get rid of those little arrows? Thanks!

never mind. Vistas has a built in tool that allows you to either change the type of arrow or eliminate it all together! cool. its called "Fxvisor" is anyone is interested. :)

I've been doing that tweak since the Win9x days, with Tweak UI of course.
