It says he lost his job.
His site is awesome and has always been one the best to see what services you don't need.
When it went down, there have been a bunch of sites that were hosting his information.(I know majorgeeks was the one I looked at)

He basically is a guy that went through windows and wrote detailed write ups on what each service does, and if you can disable them or not.
