There is another account on my machine, titled ASP.NET Machine A...
Obviously .NET is from Microsoft, and ASP is a web related topic, but why the account is there, I have no idea.
Is it safe to remove?

I had that on mine older machine which I had tried to network. Thought I had been hacked. Glad you posted the answer. 
The SLIM version is always released a bit after any new version; when it is it will be HERE :-)
