Does anyone know how to make windows xp welcome screen loads straight to your desktop ? because it stays there until i click on my user account; i only have 1 account though. thnks

Also, in Display Properties > Screensaver, either set Screen saver to (None) or clear "On resume, display Welcome screen".

You can also use TweakUI powertools for XP to automatically login in to you account when it finishes booting.
Download TweakUI from Microsoft.

There is a simple reg fix for this problem 1200, but I can't upload it here, if you want I can send it to you though.
It is just a matter of right clicking the .reg file and selecting merge with my fix.

thanks all, i have to use both way to make it works; the website instruction and the tweak thiny from M. Now, anohter question
, for some really weird reason, my computer flicks on when it still in stand by mode. It happens a couple of time already and it kinda annoying. First i thought it because of the mouse was moving so i flipped it over but it still happenings. Any suggestion would be appreciate.
