Version 1.32.0.345

Which items are recomended to keep checked under the Windows tab and the Applications tab?. I am not familiar with CCleaner and don't want to remove an important item. In my windows tab, under IE Explorer, all are checked except "Auto Complete Form History, under Windows explorer, all are checked, under system, all are checked, under advanced, nothing is checked. Under Applications, everything is checked under all the subtitles with the exception of "Saved Form Information" under Firefox/Mozella. Thank You in advance for any info.
