I just recently downloaded and ran CCleaner the issues show multiple active x and com issues, what the heck does this mean?
and of course the multiple missing shared .dll files, I've seen this before with other programs, and don't consider it a problem.
along with this, what is the open with application issue??

More than likely, it's stuff you uninstalled that got left in the registry. CCleaner's Issues is top-notch, they should be safe to delete.
Also, be sure to read CCleaner Beginner's Guide.
