I always thought that I was like a pro when it came to the cleaner, but I was wrong!!! For some reason, a cookie will not show on my CCleaner but it does when I go into options, privacy, cookies, show cookies on firefox?? I am getting very frustrated. And I know what some of you might say. " is the cookie that isn't showing up in your keep cookie section"? And the answer is I do not have that specific one saved. It is driving me nuts. People please help me with this. Thanx.
Michelle

CCleaner sometimes seems to not be able to detect cookies that existed before the installation or upversion of CCleaner.
Deleting the cookie manually once seems to work for most people.
If it's a cookie you want to put in the Cookies to Keep column:
1) saving a copy to another folder and copying it back after the manual deletion seems to work for some people; or
2) just go to that website to create a fresh cookie;
and CCleaner should then be able to detect it.
