Can anyone tell me if I can safely delete some old CCleaner Registry Backup files, I have 6 I would like to delete.

If they are about 2 or 3 days old, then go for it. I doubt you will experience any problems if you haven't by now.
FYI - I don't even back them up.

yeah the registry cleaner on CCleaner has never given me any trouble,just make sure you keep some backups!
