I need help with a setup problem. when i run CCleaner it removes my logon info for my bank. I'm older and have some memory problems i don't want to cahange passwords every time i run cleaner.

Such passwords are usually stored in cookies.
After logging on and off your bank, open CCleaner and go to Options > Cookies. Look for a cookie in the left "Cookies to Delete" column that includes your bank's name and move it to the right "Cookies to Keep" column.
Alternatively, deselect Cleaner > Internet Explorer (or other browser) > Cookies and don't clean any cookies.
