Hi, when posting or PMing bugs, please describe exactly what happened, as well as what didn't happen –   'it crashed' can mean different things to different people.  
  
Here's a good example.
  

• I pressed scan
  
• The scan progress window appeared for a few seconds
  
• Then the application quit with/without warning
  
• The progress bar did not more above 0%

Please do not spend too long trying to diagnose the cause of the bug, concentrate your information on what happened.
