Hey, this computer is pretty messed up, hopefully you can help me in cleaning it out a lil bit. First off, I'd like to say that I downloaded something that severly hurt my computer - it was a virus that had a keylogger in it and stole numberous passwords, and it has been used in DDOS attempts (dont ask me how I know). I thought it was my other computer this whole time. So, I reformatted my other one. However, it turns out to be this one. This computer has god-knows how many viruses/spyware on it. I've had it for 4 years, and never put up anti-virus/firewalls on it. I'm getting a new computer, but I will still be useing this one to type papers and do research and such.

Another problem I am having on this computer is that peridoically (every 10-15 mins) when i am browsing on firefox or IE, and error message comes up saying some memory cannot be "read". I have already read your guide to removal and have run all 3 programs. Here's my log:

Run Kaspersky WebScanner

• Please go HERE and click Kaspersky Online Scanner
  
• Read and Accept the Agreement
  
• You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  
• If you see a Windows dialog asking if you want to install this software, click the Install button.
  
• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files,
  
• When the "Update progress" line changes to "Ready" and the "NEXT ->" button becomes available, please click on it.
  
• Click on the Scan Settings button, and in the next window select the Extended database, and click Ok.
  
• Under "Please select a target to scan:", click My Computer to start the scan.
  
• When the scan is finished, click the "Save as Text" button, and save the file as kavscan.txt to your Desktop, close the Kaspersky On-line Scanner window.
  
• Paste kaspersky log onto forum.
