According to the release notes for CCleaner Flock Browser was included in this version
v1.31.325
- Fixed IE7 bug in Hotfix Uninstaller cleaning.
- Added support for Seamonkey/Mozilla cache cleaning.
- Added support for the Flock Browser.
- Added more precise error checking to Tools section.
- Added version information to the installer.
- Tweaks to improve the quality of the icons.
- Updated French Translation.
- Updated NSIS Installer Engine.
- Minor interface tweaks.
- Minor optimization fixes.
Well I don't see it and I have the newest version of CCleaner. I looked in the winapp.ini and it's not listed in there.

No I didn't notice Anthony, perhaps you could send a PM to Twisted Metal who may add it to winapp2.

Currently it's no way in CCleaner. I can't do anything on my end, this program requires a special key that only MrG can do.
