Ok sorry for the delay.
Remember that all of the suggestions I have are purely up to you. I do guarantee however that this will speed your pc up and leave it more secure and responsive.
1st. Uninstall norton, anything with the norton name get rid of. Symantec makes some of the worst software of any company.
Once you get rid of it go to this list and pick an antivirus and a firewall.(just one of each)

(I recommend you try AVG antivirus and comodo or kerio firewall. If you are behind a router don't bother with a firewall and just turn on the built in windows one)
2nd. Uninstall MS defender(its worthless), Quicktime, RealPlayer, and if that copy of Spyware Doctor is expired or a trial get rid of that too.
You can get real player and quicktime alternative here to play those files and it wont constantly run in the back ground.

I see itunes in your log if you have an ipod skip uninstalling quicktime because you will no longer be able to use itunes. If you don't have an ipod get rid of itunes as well and use WMP 11, Media Monkey, or Winamp.(itunes is just such a heavy app and runs stuff in the back ground all the time).
3rd. Secure your pc by following this guide:

4. CCleaner- If you don't have it get it!

(when installing uncheck the yahoo toolbar)
Run CCleaner in both the cleaner mode and the issues mode.(run the issues scan multiple times untill it no longer finds anything.)
5. Defrag your hard drive. Download this to make this a much faster process:
