I'm running an AMD Sempron 3000+ processor, have tested it against over a 1,000 other systems and mine exceeds normal performance. I am using AMD's CPU monitor & have watched my CPU usage go from 0 to 100 percent just starting & using this program.......can anyone tell me how to correct this???

Maybe by changing the Process Priority to Low if it bothers you.

The Sempron line of AMD CPU's are considered the "budget series" of processors for AMD. Intel have their budget series processors called Celeron.
Though, AMD Sempron is good enough for most day-to-day activities.
