You can save files/folders'emails from O. Express in folder that is set in your OE, by this way (the names aren't literal, I'm not using english OE):

Menu > Tools > Options > Maintenance - button "Arquive Folders". You can save all the files that are in this folder.

The easiest way to move things from an old system to a new one is FAST (File and Settings Transfer Wizard); seehttp://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechn...y/mgrtfset.mspx and many other FAST documents on the Microsoft site.

Outlook Express is widely considered unsecure. A huge deal of the Internet worms and viruses propagate through Outlook Express.

You should check out Mozilla Thunderbird it is much more secure and comes with spam-filtering, phishing-protection, etc. It also has other cool features, you can search through e-mail, it has spell-checking. And you can easily import your address book, your emails, and you settings from Outlook Express.
