I have to wonder at the value of these sort of public domain articles. In my mind it does no more than direct the attention of wouldbe hackers to where the weaknesses could be. Would it not be better to keep this type of info to security specialists and MS.

That's what I was thinking as well. It doesn't make too much sense to publish such information!

It`s always been the case hasn`t it.
