Hi All,
I recently bought a MyFLASH 2GB USB flash drive. It worked perfectly for the past 2 weeks. Well, it must fell a couple of times during the 2 weeks. Now it just stopped working out of the blues. I plug in the drive..transfer some data, say like a movie or something..it takes a pretty long time than it used to..i play the movie from the drive..it works. But when I remove the drive and plug it 2 the same or a diffrnt USB port and try to open it..it shows corrupt data..lots of small files with odd names. I tried formatting it , but no change..i tried scanning the disk...no use at all..formatting n scanning finishes off in just 5 secs. I tried everything i know..all in vain. Ne body who know ne thing...plz HELP ME OUT!!!

Take it back and get a replacement on warranty. Sounds like it's damaged internally and if you try to open it you'll void the warranty.

Yes, it sounds damaged, take it back and get replacement on warranty or try get your money back.

MyFLASH? Never heard of. Get an well established brand like Kingston or something.
