I think, the directorie Windows/prefetch should be cleaned. In this directorie are the most used apps, that windows use to start them faster, but after months and years, some apps and programs you don't use anymore but they're still in that directorie. Than runs windows slower. So when it will be build-in in ccleaner windows don't startup unused files, programmes and apps, for a better startup time for that files.

CCleaner's Old Prefetch data option does what its name implies or you can use Options > Custom to clean all Prefetch entries but there's really no point to either. Prefetch is limited to 128 entries and self cleans thereafter.
