After running CCleaner, I found a ton of web site domains still remain in the following keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains\

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains\

Should these be removed as part of the run?

Does anyone else have these entires?

No!

Yes I do.

They are the entries in IE's Zones and are placed there by IE-SPYAD or SpywareBlaster.
