I'm a new user to CCLeaner, and went to the Options > Cookies screen, selected the cookies I want to keep by putting them on the right hand side. I do not see any "Delete" buttons to suggest what to do next.

What is the next step to deleting those selected cookies?

Hello Turbobob and welcome to the forum :)

Try having a read at the guide here, and then come back and ask about anything you are still not sure of.

Basically once you have selected your cookies you want to keep, press the big brush sign, click analyze at the bottom of the screen, the list to be cleaned will come up, then click the run cleaner button, bottom right of screen.

Thanks, now I know about that for future reference.
