Crap cleaner can't delete index.dat

I have tried using ccleaner to delete all the index.dat files on my pc,but it could not delete them as i keep seeing the index.dat file on my pc.Does anyone have an idea.

When you delete an index.dat, a blank one is created to replace it.
Edit: Note that the deletion/replacement happen when you reboot.
