When trying to run "Issues" (scan the registry), I can't seem to scan "missing shared dlls", "Fonts" and "installer". The software locks up. I originally thought the "Issues" did not work but upon selecting each one to failure, it seems only the 3 are not working. If anybody is seeing similar symptoms and can assist me, i would appreciate it. Thanks!

Do you have admin privelages?
Also, have you tried running it in Safe Mode as administrator?

It will run as it usually does in "normal" mode but it may delete the issues that you aren't able to access right now.
Not as much runs in Safe Mode.
It shouldn't mess anything up but always make a backup just incase!
